3-2-1: Kansas State commits see rankings boost
It is time for the Kansas State edition of the 3-2-1 feature.
THREE THINGS WE LEARNED ABOUT KANSAS STATE
TWO QUESTIONS
1. Uso: Keep an eye on the status of K-State nose guard Uso Seumalo. Klieman called him day-to-day and said he had a shot to play this week after being injured against Kansas. I’m not sure that will be the case, though.
2. Tomlin: When does Nae’Qwan Tomlin return for Kansas State? It appears as if he’s getting closer and closer after being on the bench during the Central Arkansas game.
ONE K-STATE PREDICTION
1. Klieman/Leipold: It may be bold to say so on November 23 when a lot could still unfold and things can change, but I anticipate both Klieman and Kansas head coach Lance Leipold remaining at their current posts even though they will be pursued by other schools for their vacancies.
Both are likely to be high on lists or already are at this point. However, the chatter behind the scenes does not suggest either one is all that interested in bolting for a new gig. I believe Klieman and Leipold will still be walking up and down the sidelines of the next Sunflower Showdown.
